• Uploaded documents: if you choose to upload a document such as a transcript through our Fit Diagnostic, it is transmitted and stored securely through our form-processing provider (Formspree) and used only for counseling purposes.
• Communications: messages, questions, and other information you choose to share with us.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) through standard web analytics, if enabled.

2. Information About Minors

Our services relate to college admissions and therefore involve information about students who may be minors. We collect student information from the parent or guardian, or from a student with their parent's or guardian's involvement. We recommend that a parent or guardian participate in providing student information. We do not knowingly collect more information from a minor than is necessary to provide our services, and we do not sell minors' personal information. If you believe a minor has provided us information without appropriate consent, contact us at admin@meridiancollegeprep.com and we will address it.

• To provide, personalize, and improve our counseling services and the Fit Diagnostic.
• To communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and schedule strategy calls.
