These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Meridian College Prep LLC website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about Meridian College Prep LLC's services and tools, including an informational Fit Diagnostic and the ability to request a strategy call. The Site is informational. It does not by itself create a counseling relationship. Counseling services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement.
The Fit Diagnostic is an informational, fit-oriented assessment built on established frameworks. It is not a clinical, psychological, or psychometric evaluation, and its results are not a prediction or guarantee of admission to any school. Diagnostic results are intended to inform a conversation with a Meridian counselor.
Nothing on the Site guarantees admission to any college or university, any financial-aid or scholarship outcome, or any specific result. Any guarantee Meridian offers is defined solely in the written engagement agreement and is subject to its conditions.
You agree to provide accurate, current information. Because our services involve students who may be minors, information should be submitted by a parent or guardian or with their involvement.
The Site and its contents, including text, design, the Meridian name and marks, the diagnostic, and related materials, are owned by Meridian College Prep LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission. References to colleges, universities, and third-party organizations are for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian College Prep LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
